As an admin, go to Settings (in the left-hand menu) &gt; Bookings.

Enable the setting Show newsletter/mailing checkbox.

1. As an admin, go to Settings (in the left-hand menu) &gt; Bookings.
2. Enable the setting Show newsletter/mailing checkbox.

When this setting is enabled, a checkbox will be displayed to the customer during the booking process, allowing them to opt in to receiving newsletters and other email communications from your facility.

Export a list of customers who have opted in to email communications

Go to Manifest in the left-hand menu.

Select the “Approved mailing” column along with other columns you want to include.

1. Go to Manifest in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Export bookings.
3. Select the “Approved mailing” column along with other columns you want to include.
4. Click Export.

The downloaded Excel file will then contain a column showing which customers have opted in to receiving email communications from your facility.
