Questions & answers
How to export your bookings
In BookSpot, you can quickly and easily export your bookings to an Excel file. You can use it in several ways. For example, you can get all bookings for a day, week or month, get a list of all email addresses from your bookings for an email campaign, or check off arriving guests on a list.
You can customise the export with your own columns to extract exactly the booking information you need.
Step by step
Go to Manifest in the left-hand menu and click “Export bookings”.
2. Select the columns you want to include in your excel-file. You can change the order of the columns with the arrows to the left.
Read more about which columns you can include in the export here.
3. Select the date range for the bookings you want to export. Note that the date refers to the bookings start time, not when they were created. For example, a booking created in May that takes place in June will appear in the manifest for June.
4. Select which products to include in the export. If you only want to include bookings for one or more specific tours/activities/products, untick “Include all products” and select the ones you want to include.
5. Finally, click "Export". An excel-file will be downloaded to your computer that includes the bookings that matches your settings.
Save the export as a template
If you often export with the same columns, you can save your column selection as a template.
Step by step
Click Export bookings in the Manifest.
Select the columns you want to include, in the order you want them.
Click Save template.
Give the template a name, for example “Participant information” or “For accounting”.
Click Save template again to confirm
The next time you export bookings, you can simply select the template instead of having to remember and reselect all the columns manually.
You can now get lists of your bookings to use in different ways 🙌
