Learn how to create price categories for your facility.
Price categories allow you to vary the prices for the same product.
Via the menu, open Products > Price Categories. The category "Standard is automatically added".
Click on "Create new" in the upper right corner.
Name the price category
Choose whether the price category should only be seletable by administrators or not. Only selectable by administrators meams that you can choose between more prices than customers when making a booking as an administrator. You can use this, for example, to test the bookinng system or offer a different price to your employees.
Click on "Save" in the upper right corner.
To activate the price categories, you must link them to a price for a product.
Note! Once you have linked the price category to a price for a product, you cannot remove the price category without first removing the price.
Other examples of how you can use price categories include having different prices for the same camping spot depending on the size of the caravan, or a cabin where the prices depends on how many people use the cabin.
