Learn How to Read the Product View!
The product view is convenient for seeing how many of your products are booked over a certain period.
Tip! If you have more than about 30 bookings per day, it might be easier to use the booking manifest to handle check-ins and check-outs of customers/bookings.
Product View Features
Number of Booked Products
Each individual marker in the calendar represents a single product, while the colors of the markers represent which booking they belong to. For example, we can see that there is a booking for 7 K1s and 7 K2s at 6:00 PM because the markers have the same color.
Pssst, you can access the booking details by clicking on the markers. Remember, if the markers have the same color, it is the same booking.
Changing Settings for the Product View
Customise the appearance of your product view to match your needs. Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the calendar.
Here you can:
Switch to the monthly view.
Select the number of days you want to view ahead.
Change the label for your calendar events. For example, you can choose to display the phone number instead of the name.
With the product view, you get a visual overview of your bookings! 🙌
