Learn how to change the appearance of the manifest.
All the settings regarding the booking manifest is found by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top tight,

The options you can choose are:
Use internal product names in the list - All products have an internal product name, either one you've chosen yourself or one that the system has generated when you created the product. If you choose to activate the option, the name in the list of bookings will be shown as the internal product name instead of its entire name. The internal product name is set in the information tab for the specific product.
Show price category beside product name - In the list of bookings, the price categories that the customer have chosen is shown, for example adult and child.
Show add-on products in the inventory table - If this is activated the add-on products, in addition to the main products, will be shown in the inventory table.
Show statistics card - Statistics cards (number of bookings of a product per day, NPS and the latest review form customer) is shown below the booking table.
Show category tabs - Category tabs makes it possible to filter bookings by the categories that you have assigned to your products. Read more about how to create product categories here.
Choose between showing the inventory table for 1 day, or the coming 7 days.
OBS! If you choose to view the upcoming 7 days, the number in the inventory table corresponds to the lowest number of the product during the day
Choose additional fields to the manifest -Here you may choose the additional customer information fields that you have created for the products, they will be added as new columns to the booking table.

Set the zoom level for mobile phones. This is practical if you use the system at times other than when you are at the computer.
Print today's booking manifest by clicking the print icon.
OBS! The settings you make here are not individual to just you, but are seen by all accounts connected to your facility.
Change the order of columns in the manifest
By clicking "Columns" on the right, you can choose which booking information you want to see in the manifest.
By default, the start time, customer's name, booking time, products, payment status, and comments are shown, but you can also add fields such as extra booking information fields, display the resources linked to the booking, or phone numbers.
You can also change the order in which they are displayed in the manifest by reordering them using the arrows on the right.
With these settings, you get a booking manifest that shows what is important for your business! 🙌
