Displaying additional booking information in automated customer messages
If you have collected additional booking information from customers that you would also like to include in automated customer messages, the field needs to be added to the automated message.
As an admin, go to Settings in the left-hand menu > Automated messages.
Click Edit next to the message you want to adjust.
Add the additional booking information field you want to include in the message.

Collection of additional booking information entered by the admin to be sent to the customer
If you want to set up an additional booking information field that is only visible and required for the admin to fill in, but you then want to send this information to the customer, follow these steps:
Go to the product > Additional booking information and create or edit a field.
Select that the field should be visible to admin only.
Add the additional booking information field to your automated message.

If I turn off the display of a field in an automated message, will the collection of that information also be disabled?
If I turn off the display of a field in an automated message, will the collection of that information also be disabled?
No. The collection settings (visible/required) that you configure under Product > Additional booking information determine whether the information is collected during the booking process. The display settings in Automated messages only determine whether the field is shown to the customer in that particular message – the two settings do not affect each other.
