Learn how you can create booking confirmations for your facility and your products.
Booking confirmations for your customers can contain general information about your facility, and more specific information for the product that has been booked.
The bookings confirmations your customers receive can contain general information about your facility, as well as more specific information regarding the booked products. The booking confirmation also contains the receipt, basis for any payments that the customer has/has not made and the total amount of the booking.
Create a booking confirmation for the facility
Go to Settings > Messages > Booking confirmations.
Write the body text about the facility.
Click "Save".
The booking confirmation for your facility is showed at the top of the email received by the customer, then any booking confirmations for the specific booked produkts.
Create a booking confirmation for the products
You can find the settings for booking confirmations for a product via Product > Product & Experiences > [Chosen product] > Information and in the section Booking Confirmation.
Write the body text of the booking confirmation about the product.
The booking confirmation may also include a link to YouTube, containing for example instructions of what to think about when you go out paddling for the first time. Enter the video's ID, the one after "/watch?v=" in the URL.
Click "Save" in the top right corner.
Example
The customer has booked a One-man kayak, two-man kayak as well as a drybag at a facility. All products have booking confirmations, and the one-man kayak also has an associated Youtube video with the id N_pjgFOJn3o. In the booking confirmation the customer receives, it looks like the following;
