Learn how to create an add-n product
An add-on product can, for example, be a waterproof bag that complements the main product, kayak - something that customers can choose to add to their booked product if they want to. Add-on porducts are a smart way to procice added value for your customer when they book and give you the opportunity to increase margins through upselling.

Go to the page Products > Products & Experiences in the left menu.
Click "New product" in the upper right corner. A new window will open.
Add the basic information for the product and select "Add-on product". This is very important since you cannot change the product-type afterwards.
Click "Next".
A new view opens where you can modify the information you have entered and other settings, such as the product's capacity, booking rules, prices etc.
For the product to be bookable for customers, it must be linked to a main product and its status must be active. You activate the product via the Status tab in the product setting by enabling it for both customers and administrator. Don't forget to connect your add-on product to one or more main products. You do this under the main products settings > Add-ons and bundles.
The product must also have a price to be bookable. Under the Prices tab, specify the type of price the product should have.
Don't forget to click "Save" in the upper right corner!
Your add-on product is now in the system! ✅
