Create a new widget

Start by going to Settings › Widget, then select Create new widget.

Give the widget a clear and descriptive name — especially important if you plan to create multiple widgets for different pages or products.

Choose widget type

The widget type determines how the customer first enters the booking process. The actual booking flow always opens in a dialogue window. There are four widget types, each with different layouts and configuration options. Click below to read more about each one.

Floating button

A button that follows the visitor as they scroll on the website.

You can customise:

  • The button text

  • The button size and colour

  • The placement: left, centre, or right

Embedded product calendar

Displays the calendar for a selected product directly on your website.

You can adjust the following settings:

  • Choose which product the calendar displays

  • Hide the product image

  • Hide the product description

Embedded widget

A full booking widget that is displayed directly on your website.

Choose which view to show:

  • Calendar

  • Product view

Link/custom widget opener

Widget as link allows you to open the booking widget directly via a link or by connecting it to any element on your website — for example an image, a button, or a text link. You can choose whether the widget should:

  • Open a specific product automatically or open in its full view

  • The additional settings under “Content” control what is displayed within the widget.

This widget type is particularly useful when you want to send a direct link to customers or resellers, allowing them to access the booking flow quickly and easily.

Content

Choose what the user sees first when the widget opens by adjusting the settings in Step 2 – Content.

  • Choose whether the first view should display a list of products or a calendar.

  • Select whether the widget should include both products and gift codes, products only, or gift codes only.

  • Decide whether the button should lead to booking all products or specific products by enabling or disabling “Show all products.”
If you disable this option, you will need to choose which products should appear in the dropdown list.

  • Choose whether the button should include all product categories and gift codes.
If you disable these options, you must select which categories should be visible in the dropdown list.

  • Enable or disable Automatic language detection.
To use this feature, your website’s code must include the HTML lang tag. This means that if your website language is set to English (lang="en"), the widget will also display in English.

  • If you want to track where a booking originates from, you can add a tracking tag to the widget.
This allows you to see, both in the bookings list and when exporting the manifest, which widget a specific booking came from.

Install the widget on your website

To ensure the widget functions correctly, you need to complete two steps:

  1. Install the base script

Under Installation, click “Copy” to copy the script shown.
Then place the script at a global level on your website — for example, inside the <head> tag or just before the </body> tag.

  2. Paste the specific widget code

Once you’ve created and saved your widget, a unique code is generated.
You’ll find this code inside the widget under Step 3. Copy the code and paste it into the section of your website where you want the widget to appear.

Once the widget is installed, your customers can book directly on your website — at any time! 🙌

Widget as a QR code

Each widget also generates a unique QR code. You’ll find the QR code in the top‑right corner when you open the created widget.

  • Print it to guide on‑site customers to book via the widget.

  • You can also use it in digital communication.

FAQs

Will our existing widgets be affected by the new features?
No. Widgets that are already installed on your website will not be affected. Only newly created and saved widgets use the new functionality.

Can I edit a widget afterwards?
Yes. Any widget that has been saved and appears under “Widgets” can be edited.
Once you save your changes, the widget will automatically update everywhere it is installed on your website.

Can the same widget be used on multiple pages?
Yes. You can paste the same widget code in several places if you want to use it on multiple pages.

What happens if I delete a widget?
If you delete a widget, it will stop working wherever its code is placed on your website. The code itself will remain on the page until you remove it manually, but it will no longer display any content.
