With mass mailing, you can send emails and text messages to your customer for selected products, start times, ad days. You can choose to send to all customer or select from a list.
This way, you can quickly eand easily communnicate with. your customer about changes or news, such as cancelling all tours due to bad weather or informing them about transportation disruptions due to an ongoing event.
How to send a mass mailing
Step 1: To send a mass mailing, click on "Send Message" in the Manifest.
Step 2: On the page that appears, click "Add Recipients" to select which customers will receive the message.
When adding recipients, you can filter bookings based on date, start time, and booked product. For example, in the image below, all bookings on 14/6, with the start times of 10:00 and 18:30 that contains the products One-man kayak and Two-man kayak, are shown.
Step 3: Select the bookings you want to send the message to. After making bookings, you can filter by dates, start times, and products to select additional bookings if needed. Don't forget to save!
Step 4: If you want to send a copy of the message internally, click "add user" and select t he user you want to recieve the message.
Step 5: Create your message. You can choose templates from "Automated messages" or write your own message. Use variables to personalise the message for each customer and attach files if needed.
Step 6: Choose whether to send the message as an email and/or a text message. Remember that there is an additional fee for text message.
Step 7: Finally, preview your message. Once you're satisfied, you can either send the message immediately or schedule it for later.
