The customer is attempting to book and can't pay, what should I do?

If it is a recurring issue with payments, note and document the time as well as the payment ID and send to our support at [email protected]

When the customer is unable to pay through the system, it is usually due to the following reasons;

  1. The customer has entered the wrong card information. This is the most common reason. Ask the customer to try again.

  2. The card is locked for internet payments, or is missing 3D-secure that is necessary to be able to make online payments. This is also a common reason. Ask the customer to make sure their card is capable of online payment by going to their internet bank and opening the card, or swap card if it is possible.

  3. There aren't sufficient funds on the card.

  4. The card is not one of the valid cards. The system only accepts MasterCard, Visa or Maestro. Ask the customer to use another card for payment.

  5. A temporary bugg from the online payment provider. This is very uncommon. Would it be the case, we will contact you.

  6. Our system is down or has a temporary issue regarding payments. This is very uncommon. Would it be the case, we will contact you.
