The simplest and most efficient way to manage payments with BookSpot is by enabling automatic payment. By doing this, you or your staff can save time on administration.
With automatic payment, the BookSpot fee is automatically deducted from your card each month. You will also receive a receipt for the deduction every month.
How to Enable Automatic Payment in BookSpot
Go to Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
Click on "+ Start Automatic Payment".
Enter your card details.
Done!
Remember!
The automatic payment starts on the same day it is activated. For example, if you activate it on August 5th, you will receive a manual invoice for August 1-5, while the remaining days of the month will be charged automatically.
For the following months, all billing will be done automatically, and you can easily download the account statements under Reports > Invoices.
If the payment fails
In the event of failed withdrawals, the system will automatically attempt new ones at intervals of a few days. You can see when the next withdrawal will be made under Settings > Account > Payment & Billing.
For example, you can add a new temporary card for the payment to be made from, or contact your bank to find out the reason.
