Learn how BookSpot uses payment solutions and how you add them to your booking system.

To be able to receive payments online from your customer you have to connect your facility's booking system to a payment provider. We are continuously working to connect new payment providers to BookSpot.

Connect to a payment solution

To add a payment solution to BookSpot, you first have to create an account to the payment solution, and once that is completed, you can activate it in BookSpot.


Open Settings and the Payment tab via the menu.

Choose between one of the payment solutions, and go to their settings.

Add a payment solution

You can choose to have one or more payment provider (we recommend to only use 1). To activate the payment solution, under Payment, click "Settings" next to the payment provider.

If you can't activate the payment solution, go to settings and check that they are correct. For matters concerning the payment solution, contact the payment provider. For matters concerning the integration with BookSpot, contact our support.
