If you use Fortnox accounting software, you can integrate it with BookSpot for automated transfer of transactions from BookSpot to Fortnox. You can view the integration as an accounting assistant.

The integration costs 199 SEK/month, and the fee is automatically added to your BookSpot charge each month after you activate the integration. This is a simple and convenient connection that we believe will save many hours of administration.

Through the integration, all payments on bookings made in BookSpot via the online payment solution (both direct payments and payment links) as well as returns will be recorded. This does not include payments made outside of BookSpot, even if they are registered as a manual payment in the system (cash, invoice, etc.).

With Fortnox Verifikat, payments in BookSpot will be recorded as vouchers in Fortnox.

Step 1: In BookSpot, go to Settings > Integrations > Fortnox Verifikat.

Step 2: Accept the terms and click "Activate".

Step 3: Click "Connect to Fortnox" and log in to your Fortnox account.

Step 4: Click "Authorize".

Step 5: Find the account numbers for the vouchers in Fortnox by clicking "Accounting" (in the left menu) and then "Vouchers". The account numbers are in the leftmost column (see image).

Step 6: Assign the correct voucher series and match the correct sales accounts with those in Fortnox.
