If you want you and your customers to see all start times in the calendar when booking, you can enable the setting so that unavailable/fully booked times are highlighted in red.
If this setting is not enabled, start times that cannot be booked will be hidden.
How to display all start times:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Bookings.
Step 2: Enable the "Show all start times" setting and click save.
