The Status of the Product Determines Who Can See and book it. There are three different options when it comes to product status.

You find Status under the product settings > Status.

Enabled for Customer and Admin - A product with this status can be booked by both customers and administrators, provided you have a booking button on your website.

Enabled for Admin - A product with this status will only be visible and bookable for administrators/from within the system. This can be useful if you have products that only you should be able to book, such as corporate products or other types of admin products. Read more about admin products here.

Disabled - A disabled product is neither visible nor bookable by you as an admin or your customers.
