How to Create an Admin Product
Admin Product - A product that can only be booked by you while logged into the booking system.
Create a new main product or add-on product.
Go to the Status tab and select "Enabled for Administrator".
Save 🔒
You have now created a product that can only be booked by administrators—an admin product! 🙌
How to Create Admin Prices
You can also create price categories that are only usable by admins.
Go to Products > Price Categories and click "Create New".
Name your new admin price category and enable "Admin Only". This option can be found by clicking the "Show" button next to "Advanced Settings".
Save 🔒
When you later create prices for a product that should use admin prices, select the admin category and set the applicable prices for the product.

How to Create Booking Durations for Admins
If you want an admin to be able to make bookings with different durations than those available to customers, you can create booking lengths that are only available to admin users.
Go to Products > Booking Durations and click "Create New".
Name your new booking length (e.g., admin + TIME) and enable "Admin Only".
Save 🔒
When you later link the booking length to a product, add the new booking length as usual. Booking lengths with the "Admin Only" setting will only be visible to users with an admin account. Read more about booking durations here.
Repeat this for all products that should use this booking duration.
