How the AI translation works within the system
To simplify the process of offering the booking experience in multiple languages, a built-in AI translation feature is now available in the system. This functionality automatically translates free-text content using the latest AI models and is activated wherever multiple languages can be offered.
Remember! AI-generated translations may contain errors and should always be reviewed by a human.
Translate text directly within the system
When entering free-text content, such as product descriptions or automatic messages, the system can easily translate the text into one or more languages using the magic wand icon.
How it works:
For text fields where automatic translation is available, language tabs will appear for the languages that are activated. To perform an automatic translation, simply click the translation icon next to the text field.

A pop-up window will then open, allowing you to select which languages the text should be translated into. Tick the desired languages and click Translate.
The final step happens automatically, and once the selected language fields are translated and filled in, you're all set!

Important to double-check the translation
Although AI translation is a convenient tool, it's important to remember that it is machine-generated and may not always be entirely accurate. It is recommended to review the translation before publishing, especially if the text contains industry-specific terms or critical information.

Important when enabling new languages
If you choose to enable one or more new languages for the booking experience, it's essential to ensure that all text fields are completed for all active products, automatic messages, and terms. This is to make sure the entire booking experience is complete in the selected language.
