How to read the statistics
When you click "Overview" in the left menu, you will be taken to the statistics page. There, you will first see a graph for the selected time period (day, month, or year), and you can also choose whether you want the graph to display revenue or quantity.
π Tip! If you want to see the statistics or numver of bookings for a specific time period, you can click on the month/year, to set the examt time period you want to view.
Below the graph, you'll find key figures. Here is what they mean:
Record sales: THis figure shows the day with the highest sales during the selected time period.
Record quantity: This figure shows the day with the highest number of products booked/occupied during the selected time period. This number counts not only the number of bookings but also the number of booked products in each booking.
For example, if someone books 6 double kayaks, it will show 6 in quantity instead, as it is the number of products booked.
Average quantity: This figure shows how many products are booked on average per day during the selected time period.
Total revenue: This figure shows the value of the bookings that occured during the selected time period, that is, the booking value.
What is the difference between sales and revenue?
Note that Total revenue and Sales are not the same. Total revenue counts the value of the bookings that have occured, while sales counts the value of bookings created/transactions made during the time period.
For example: A booking creatred/paid for in July but occuring in August will appear in the sales statistic/report for July, while the booking's revenue /booking value will be in august.
How to rad the statistics table
At the bottom of the page, you will find an overview where you can see the number of products booked per day and the revenue for each product during the selected time period. If you click on the different dates, it will take you to the manifest for the selected day, and you can see all bookings that day.
