What does it mean when a booking is marked as "Reserved" in the system?
When the status of a booking is marked as "Reserved", which means that the customer has begun a booking, but has not completed the booking. The bookings is reserved for 30 minutes from when the customer adds products to the booking.
If the time runs out wihtout a payment that has gone through, it will disappear from the system. If the payment is made, the reservation becomes a complete booking.
