Learn how to manage value code types
Find and manage your value codes!
Value codes are automatically generated when a customer purchases a value code type. Here you can find:
The Value Code: The code that you or the customer enter to apply the discount.
Usage Count: How many times the customer has used the value code.
Creation Date: When the value code was created.
If you click on "Edit," you will be taken to the settings for that specific code. Here you can modify the settings for the code and see which bookings the code has been used for.
Using the Value Code
Admin: As an admin, you enter the code at the payment stage when making the booking. You can also do this afterwards within the booking by creating a new payment.
Customer: When the customer wants to use the value code, they enter the code in the same step where they fill in their contact information.
Remove or Modify Value Code Types in a Booking
If you have added a value code to a booking but want to remove it for any reason, you can click on the trash can icon next to the value code in the booking.
