How to Connect BookSpot to GoToHub
To connect products to GoToHub, you first need to match price categories, products, and booking durations in BookSpot.
1. Match Price Categories with Customer Types in GoToHub
Match the price categories with GoToHub customer types. Customer types in GoToHub correspond to the price categories in BookSpot.
Match the customer type with the product's price category in BookSpot to ensure the prices align. For example, if you have a price for adults and one for children, connect the adult price to ADULT and the child price to CHILD.
2. Select Products and Booking Durations to be Available in GoToHub
Click "Add Product" and select the products and booking durations that should be available in GoToHub.
A Product ID will then be generated, which you can copy and save.
3. Activate the integration
Activate the connection in BookSpot to allow GoToHub to retrieve information about your products.
4. Connect the product in GoToHub
When you create a product in GoToHub, select BookSpot under Channel Manager in the first step. You will then be prompted to link the product with the product ID that you find in BookSpot.
Currently, it is usually GoToHub's staff who create your product. If this is the case for you, they will ask you to provide the necessary product ID.
